"Wherehouse" expansion
East Elgin, Ont.
We helped R. With expanding his office space. We expanded a hallway entrance to allow easier loading and unloading while moving both his lunchroom and office space. We built this with our client's needs in mind. From desk size in the office to the cargo size in the hallway. We considered all our clients needs.
Sound Proof Theater, Woodstock, Ont.
J. wanted to use his basement to be used as a home theatre. We installed noise-cancelling insulation and a resilient channel. Near the end of the project, we were able to blast our radio with hardly a murmur heard upstairs. Love applying up to date building science.
Dog days for the Rescue's
Shakespheare, Ont.
The contractor needed extra hands and reached out. We made the call to help a dog rescue shelter to build an indoor play area. With trusses spanning over 50' and a peak to ride of over 30' -The hardest part was resisting the urge to adopt one of the rescues.
Home Rehabilitiation + Tile
London, Ont.
We helped F. with preparing a home for a tenant that recently was handicapped. With a sinking floor, and door transition that was more than a speed bump we tore out what was previous and refreshed the space. With floor strengthening, floor levelling, and larger smoother door transition - we were able to complete this project in time for F.'s new tenant.
